FAP Turbo is a hugely successful product and there are some really cool forums where users compare strategies to maximize their profits. My point being that this is one of the best autopilot forex robots out there but its not exactly a set it and forget it kind of thing. As market conditions change, you have to tweak it and that's what you learn how to do in the forums.

I do like the fact that FAP does not rely on backtesting. That's where you use historical data to see how the robot "would have" performed. It's OK to see that information but if you can't demonstrate the product works in real time or "forward" testing then you haven't proven anything.

FAP Turbo does provide a lot of proof that their product works and they emphasize that it works regardless of the size of your account so you can start out with a small amount of money if you wish. You should always start with a trial demo account to get used to it. You have two months to get a refund if it doesn't work so why not?

Forex Maestro costs about twice as much as the products above and loses some points because of it. Then again, $197 (discounted price off of their normal $397) is peanuts if it works like it says it does and they provide a considerable amount of proof that it works and works very well.

Mike Johnson doesn't mess around when it comes to making specific promises about how this software will perform. Check this quote out:

The author, Steven Lee Jones makes some good points that really apply to all of these robots. Number 1, your brain is not big enough to process all the variables that should be included in your buy and sell decisions. Secondly, using a robot removes the emotions that always lead to bad decisions. There's no fear, no greed, no judgment on your part whatsoever.

It's also nice that you don't have to babysit your trades by constantly monitoring the markets. Your time is completely freed up.
